Valid items are
those only which are noted as being in stock with the
button.
Please
do not write in other items or stock numbers, as we will be unable to
fill the order.
Decals, Parts, and Scenery are almost always in stock and available.
Some
items on our website are low on quantity and can go out of stock at
any time. If an item does run out, we will refund the cost of that item
(plus applicable shipping charges) and send the rest of the order. If
you would prefer otherwise, please make a note in the Special Instructions
box during the ordering process.
Because
we're a factory, we do not have permanant sales staff for taking phone orders.
If there's no answer, it's best to wait a little while and try calling again. Also, please do not use this phone number
for missing part requests. For missing parts, we answer emails
promptly (accurail@accurail.com) or send a postcard/letter
with the necessary information to our PO Box listed above. Thank

Shipping:
For US orders,
we ship via First Class US Mail for decals and small parts orders
(up to the point where the package's size and weight requires
that it be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority). Rolling stock and other non-small
orders ship either USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or by UPS, depending on which is more efficient and cost-effective for your order.
Canada and International
orders ship via USPS First Class International, until package
weight requires Priority International (approx. 4 pounds).
